Privacy policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
TCGKing is a news site. You can read everything without an account, and we collect as little data as possible.
Who is responsible
Jonathan Gomes, Avenue du Mont-Blanc 9, 1196 Gland, Suisse. Contact: jonathan.gmpro@gmail.com.
What happens when you read the site
- Cookies. We only use two cookies, both strictly necessary, so no consent banner is required:
NEXT_LOCALEremembers the language you chose (English or French) for one year;- a session cookie for the editorial back office, set only for the site's editors.
- Audience statistics without cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and stores no IP address: visitors are counted through an anonymous identifier that is reset every day and cannot be linked back to you. We only see totals (pages read, countries, referring sites, device types).
- No tracking. We use no advertising, no social media pixels and no third-party fonts. Images from publishers are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact third-party sites when you read TCGKing.
- Technical logs. Like every website, our host Vercel briefly records technical data (IP address, browser type, page requested, time) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify you.
Newsletter
The newsletter is not open yet. When it opens, we will store only your email address, your language, the collections you chose and the date you confirmed your subscription (double opt-in). Every email will include a one-click unsubscribe link.
Service providers
- Vercel Inc. (hosting, USA)
- Supabase Inc. (database, servers in the EU)
Transfers to the United States rely on the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses in these providers' data processing agreements.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing or receive a copy of it. Write to jonathan.gmpro@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or with the data protection authority of your country.
