The Blue/Black Starter Deck -Baroque Works- [ST-38] is listed at USD $16.99 or 1,320 yen (tax included), with a 51-card deck and 10 DON!! cards.
Starter Deck -Baroque Works- [ST-38] is a Blue/Black One Piece Card Game deck built around members of Baroque Works. It is listed for release on December 18, 2026 on the English and French official sites, and on Saturday December 19, 2026 on the Japanese site.
The English page lists the deck at USD $16.99, and the Japanese page lists it at 1,320 yen (tax included). A price for France is not announced yet.
What the deck does
The Blue/Black deck is described as one that cycles through the player's hand while KOing the opponent's characters. The product is pitched as a must-have for Baroque Works fans, and the Japanese page abbreviates the group as "B・W".
What ships in the box
ST-38 is a ready-to-play constructed deck of 51 cards, plus 10 DON!! cards and 1 playsheet.

The Japanese page says the 51 cards are made up of 17 different cards. By rarity, those 17 types break down into 1 Leader card, 2 Super Rare, and 14 Common. Because of the nature of the product, several copies of the same card may appear, and assembling a full set may be difficult.
Bonus Packs differ by page
The listings do not agree on the Bonus Pack. The English listing gives 1 Bonus Pack of 3 cards, and the Japanese listing gives 17 types for the Bonus Pack. The French page instead lists 2 Bonus Packs, with 3 cards and 14 types in total.
Dates by region
| Site | Release date | Price listed |
|---|---|---|
| English | December 18, 2026 | USD $16.99 |
| French | December 18, 2026 | Not announced yet |
| Japanese | Saturday December 19, 2026 | 1,320 yen (tax included) |
The English and French listings share a date, but it is not stated whether December 18, 2026 applies to every non-Japanese region.
Tournament legality
The rules notes give two timings. Cards in the product are tournament legal starting 7 days after the release date in the player's region, and they are legal from the date of the release (pre-release) event at the player's local game store.
Why it matters
ST-38 puts a Leader card and a Blue/Black game plan into a single starter box with a confirmed price in USD and yen. The 17 distinct cards and the note about duplicate copies mean that several copies of the same card may appear and that assembling a full set may be difficult.
What is still unknown
No individual card names are announced, including the Leader and the 2 Super Rares. The pre-release event date at local game stores is not stated, and neither is the price for France. All pages carry a note that illustrations may differ slightly from the final product, and the English and Japanese pages add that product specifications may change.
