One Piece EB-05 Card List: Red Support, Fish-Man Island Rest Effects

EB-05 Leaders: Alabasta Red/Blue and Wisdom Green/Yellow

The Red/Blue Leader has Life 4, the Slash attribute, Power 5000, and the Alabasta type. Once per turn, it can trash 1 card from hand instead of a Character with base cost 4 or more being K.O.'d.

Its [Activate: Main] rests the Leader to give an opponent's Character −2000 power, then grants [Rush] to one of your Characters without a [When Attacking] effect.

The Green/Yellow Straw Hat Crew Leader has Life 4, Wisdom attribute, and 5000 power. When a Character without [Blocker] is K.O.'d, it adds up to 1 card from the top of your deck to the top of your Life cards.

Its [Activate: Main] sets one Character with 6000 power or less as active.

EB-05 Red Characters and Events

Three Red cards stand out:

• Cost 5 Supernovas/Bonney Pirates Character (7000 power): with a {Supernovas} Leader, it draws 2 and plays up to 2 Characters with 2000 power or less from hand. Its once-per-turn [Activate: Main] gives up to 1 opponent's Leader or Character with 6000 power or more −1000 power until the end of the opponent's next End Phase.
• Cost 1 Navy Character: it looks at 5 cards, adds up to 2 {Navy} cards with cost 2 or more, then trashes 1 card from hand.
• Cost 2 Rocks Pirates Character: once per turn, in [Activate: Main], you may add the top Life card to your hand to give up to 1 Character +3000 or −4000 power during this turn.

The rest of the Red group leans on Events and type synergies:

• A cost 2 Revolutionary Army Character gives up to 3 {Revolutionary Army} Characters with a [Trigger] +2000 power. Its [Activate: Main] lets you trash it to give an opponent's Character −2000 power during this turn.
• Two Punk Hazard/Donquixote Pirates Characters draw by revealing Event cards. The cost 4 version (6000 power) reveals 2 Event cards to draw 2 and, [On K.O.], plays a Character with 6000 power or less from hand rested. A cost 2 version (1000 power) reveals a total of 3 Event or {Punk Hazard} cards to draw 1 and gains +5000 power at the end of your turn until the end of the opponent's next End Phase.
• Two Red Events cover −7000 power on a rested Character and a team-wide +1000. Both cost 1:
  • The Seven Warlords/Kuja Pirates Event: [Main] gives 1 active DON!! to your Leader and reveals 2 red Events to give an opponent's rested Character −7000 power during this turn. Its [Counter] gives +4000 power if you have no Character with cost 5 or more.
  • East Blue/Straw Hat Crew Event: [Main] gives your Characters with 4000 base power or less +1000 power until the end of the opponent's next End Phase, and its [Counter] gives your Leader +3000 power.

Fish-Man Island Green Cards

Green adds four Merfolk/Fish-Man Island Characters. One rests a Character with cost 6 or less on play.

Another, with a [Shirahoshi] Leader, can turn a Life card face-down to rest a cost 5 or less Character.

The others add +2000 to a {Fish-Man} or {Merfolk} Leader during an opponent's attack, or search 2 [Megalo] or {Neptunian} cards.

EB-05 Rules Q&A Highlights

The official rulings clear up several interactions:

• The Rocks Pirates card can give −4000 to your own Character or +3000 to an opponent's, and you may look at the Life card first.
• The +4000 [Counter] works with 0 Characters.
• If a Character's [Blocker] is negated and it is K.O.'d, the Leader's Life effect cannot be used.
• The rest effect for cost 5 or less cannot be used if the top Life card is already face-down.
• A {Straw Hat Crew} Leader and at least 6 fewer DON!! than your opponent are needed for the 4-DON!! effect.

TCGKing's take: the Life-adding rulings are the ones to read before building, because the Wisdom Leader's trigger fails when [Blocker] is negated.

Other rulings cover self-K.O. on play and damage prevention at 0 Life.
