2026 Topps Holiday Football: Oct. 23 date, 100-card Mega Box
Topps lists October 23, 2026 for Holiday Football, with a 200-card base checklist, four 25-card insert sets, Dear Santa autograph relics, and a $599.99 case of 20 Mega Boxes.
2026 Topps Holiday Football is reportedly listed for release on Friday, October 23, 2026. The Mega Box holds 10 packs of 10 cards, or 100 cards per box, and the base checklist runs 200 cards.
What is in the set
The published base checklist splits into 150 veterans and 50 rookies. Veterans named include Josh Allen, Patrick Mahomes, Joe Burrow, and Lamar Jackson. Topps' collector guide highlights rookies Fernando Mendoza, Carnell Tate, Arvell Reese, Kenyon Sadiq, and Caleb Downs.
Some cards also get Chrome treatments and holiday-themed parallels. Two kinds of variation are listed: Holiday Spirit pushes a stronger wintry look for certain players, whereas Holiday Back alters how the back of the card is treated. Rookie Holiday Spirit cards are identified as short prints.
Inserts and autographs
Four seasonal insert sets are listed: Hidden Elf, Deck the Fields, Snow Globe Moments, and Frozen Fields. Each has 25 cards on the published checklist.
In Hidden Elf, a tiny elf is tucked into the artwork, and the featured names are Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, and Ja'Marr Chase. Deck the Fields features Christian McCaffrey, Tyler Shough, Drake Maye, and Bo Nix. Snow Globe Moments includes Bijan Robinson, Josh Allen, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
Autographs from both veterans and rookies appear on the checklist as well. Among them is Dear Santa, an autograph-relic subset built around a player's holiday wish list, and rookies Mendoza and Tate are the ones spotlighted. While the Mega Box listing refers to short-printed holiday variations, it makes no promise of an autograph in each box.
Price
Topps' official case listing shows 20 Mega Boxes for $599.99, roughly $30 per box before tax and shipping.
Why it matters
Holiday Football arrives in a crowded stretch for Topps football releases. Topps Heritage Football carries an estimated October 21, 2026 release, and Topps Midnight Football was also covered on October 19, 2026.
What is still unknown
Pack odds have not been published, so pull rates for autographs, Dear Santa cards, and short-print variations are unknown.
What it means for players and collectors
- Note October 23, 2026 as the listed release date.
- Rookie Holiday Spirit cards are short prints, so check variations on the 50 rookies.
- Do not count on an autograph in every Mega Box; none is advertised.
- Divide the case price across 20 boxes and you land near $30 each, before tax and shipping.
