Bandai's One Piece Card Game has a Red/Blue starter deck on the calendar. Starter Deck -The Desert Princess and the Pirates- [ST-37] is listed for release on December 18, 2026, and the English product page prices it at USD $16.99.
The deck is built around Straw Hat Crew characters and figures from the Kingdom of Alabasta, with Luffy named in the product pitch. Its stated play style is to overwhelm the opponent with a flurry of attacks.
What is included
ST-37 contains one ready-to-play constructed deck of 51 cards, plus 10 DON!! cards and 1 playsheet.
The listed rarity breakdown is 1 Leader card, 14 Common cards, and 2 Super Rare cards.
The two official pages disagree on Bonus Packs. The English page lists 1 Bonus Pack of 3 cards. The French page lists 2 Bonus Packs of 3 cards, with 14 card types in total.
Both pages carry a caution. Multiple copies of the same card may appear in the product, assembling a full set may be difficult, and the illustrations may differ slightly from the final product.

Why it matters
The listing is not the only starter deck set for December 18, 2026. TCGKing has also reported on the Blue/Black ST-38 Baroque Works deck, which is listed at USD $16.99 with a 51-card deck and 10 DON!! cards. Together the two products put a Red/Blue and a Blue/Black starter deck on the same release date.

What is still unknown
The name of the Leader card has not been announced. Neither have the names of the two Super Rare cards or the full decklist.
A price for the French edition has not been announced, since the French page shows no price.
It is not clear whether the product includes 1 Bonus Pack or 2, because the English and French pages differ.
The date of the release or pre-release event at local game stores has not been announced. No region-specific calendar date for tournament legality is given beyond the rule of 7 days after the release date in the player's region.
