One Piece OP-18 lands November 20 at $4.99 with Water Seven theme

BOOSTER PACK -THE DOMINANCE OF GOD- [OP-18], the 18th booster pack for the One Piece Card Game, is available November 20, 2026. Packs cost USD $4.99 each (about €4.43 / CHF 4.11), and the set is built around the Water Seven and Holy Knights of God themes.

The product is announced on the official English-language One Piece Card Game site, so this is a confirmed release. Saint Gunko and Saint Shamrock make their One Piece Card Game debut in the set.

What the set contains

OP-18 has 127+1 types of cards in total. The '+1' is not explained, so it is unclear what the extra entry refers to.

The dollar price is USD $4.99 per pack. The euro and Swiss franc figures above use the European Central Bank reference rate of 2026-10-16. They are approximate and are not European retail prices, which are set by distributors and usually differ.

As with any booster product, multiples of one card may appear in packs, and assembling a full set may be difficult. The illustrations shown in the announcement may differ somewhat from the final product, and product details may differ as well.

Tournament legality

Cards from OP-18 become tournament legal 7 days after the release date in the player's region. At a local game store (LGS), they are legal from the pre-release date.

Where it fits in the release calendar

OP-18 follows EXTRA BOOSTER -ONE PIECE HEROINES EDITION vol.2-, which is $4.99 per pack and arrives October 30, 2026. The two Premium Bandai live-action Season 2 sets are listed for November 2026 without a specific day, so their order relative to November 20, 2026 is not established. OP-18 does come before the Red/Blue and Blue/Black starter decks ST-37 and ST-38 listed for December 18, 2026. [F2,CTX]

TCGKing has also covered the ST-37 Desert Princess deck, which includes Alabasta characters. OP-18 takes a different direction, with Water Seven and Holy Knights of God as its themes. [F3,CTX]

What is still unknown

Several details are not announced yet:

• The pre-release date and pre-release event details.
• The full card list, rarity breakdown, and chase cards.
• The number of packs per box and the box price.
• The Japanese release date.
• Any pricing in currencies other than USD.

The meaning of the '+1' in the card count is also unexplained.

What it means for players

• Note November 20, 2026 as the release date, and expect tournament legality to start 7 days after that date in your region.
• If your local game store runs a pre-release, OP-18 cards are legal there from that pre-release date, but the date itself is not announced yet.
• Collectors should expect duplicates in packs and treat the 127+1 card types as the product's total, with the '+1' still unexplained.
• European and Swiss players should treat the euro and franc figures as rough guides only, because only the USD $4.99 price is announced.
