The Japanese Yu-Gi-Oh! Day events run Saturday November 21 – Monday November 23, 2026, and anyone who buys the new booster and plays three rounds walks away with a pack of 20 special sleeves. The dates are timed to the release of Revolution Booster: Cubic / Marincess / Ghostrick (the Japanese REVOLUTION BOOSTER), and Monday is a national holiday in Japan.

This is a Japan-only event. Stores are official Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Game Official Tournament Stores across the country.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Day Entry Rules and Reservations

Entry takes a purchase on the day, plus a few app requirements:

  • Buy at least 1,000 yen (about $6.30) of the target product, tax included. If it is sold out, any Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG product worth at least 1,000 yen qualifies.
  • Have a Konami Card Game ID shown in Yu-Gi-Oh! Neuron, linked to a KONAMI ID.
  • Bring your own internet connection. Reservation is through the app, one at a time per person, and is optional.
  • Minors without a Yu-Gi-Oh! Neuron account can take part.

Capacity is 8 to 16 players. If a store is over capacity, a lottery decides, but players who reserved always get a spot. Deck registration is optional.

How the Free-Play Rounds Work

There is no Swiss and no single elimination. Yu-Gi-Oh! Neuron matches players automatically, shows table and opponent in the app, and one of the two enters the result afterward. Players left unmatched are paired as they free up, so rematches can happen if nobody is waiting.

  • 1-duel matches, with deck changes allowed between matches.
  • 3 rounds, 25-minute limit; if no result is reached in time, both players lose.
  • Decks must follow the current Limit Regulation.

With an odd number of players, round 3 may be only 2 games, and the participation prize is still given.

Revolution Booster Sleeve Prizes and Lottery Odds

Every participant who plays 3 rounds gets the 20-sleeve pack, distributed from October to December 2026 and planned for other future events as well. Community reports describe them as silver; the artwork and color are not confirmed in the announcement.

The November 2026 lottery prize is reportedly a 100-sleeve pack featuring Aigami/Diva and Buster Gundil the Cubic Behemoth. Lottery prizes change monthly.

Winner counts scale with turnout:

  • 2–8 participants: 1 winner
  • 9–16: 2 winners
  • 17–24: 3 winners
  • 25–32: 4 winners

The lottery runs in-store through Yu-Gi-Oh! Neuron, with prizes handed over on the day. Anyone who was absent during the 3 rounds, withdrew, or was absent at the lottery cannot receive a lottery prize.

TCGKing's take: with 8–16 seats, the odds of the 100-sleeve prize are decent, but only the 20-sleeve pack is guaranteed, and only if you finish all 3 rounds, so do not leave early.

Cancellations and Fine Print

If one or no player enters during the entry period, the event is cancelled. Participation prizes still go to those who qualify, but there is no lottery prize. Late entry after the start is not allowed.

Stores may change or cancel dates, venue, conditions, capacity or format without notice, and some hold several Yu-Gi-Oh! Day events on the same day and may refuse repeat entry. Because no champion is decided, Yu-Gi-Oh! Neuron achievements with victory-related conditions are not awarded.

What Comes Next

The next Yu-Gi-Oh! Day dates are Saturday December 5 and Sunday December 6, 2026, then Saturday January 23 and Sunday January 24, 2027.

The exact release date of the booster is not given in the announcement.
