Pokémon TCG Delta Reign Battle: Gym Event Runs 6 Nov to 6 Dec
The Mega Evolution – Delta Reign New Expansion Battle needs one booster pack and a deck with 4 set Pokémon. No Championships points.
Delta Reign gets its first in-store tournament: the Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution – Delta Reign New Expansion Battle runs at Gym Shops from 6 November 2026 until 6 December 2026, depending on the shop, and your entry ticket is a booster pack that also feeds your deck.
Check the Event Locator for participating shops and their dates.
Delta Reign Battle Entry and Deck Rules
To get in, buy one Mega Evolution – Delta Reign Booster Pack from the participating shop. No cash amount is stated.
The deck rules are short:
- Standard regulations, 60-card deck, 6 Prize Cards
- At least 4 Pokémon cards from Delta Reign
- Pre-registration, with walk-in registration also available
The four-card minimum keeps new cards on the table. TCGKing's take: a rare case of an entry fee that doubles as a deckbuilding supply.
Format, Rounds and Championships Points
Each event needs a minimum of 8 players. Play is Swiss Draw, Best of One (BO1), over 3 rounds.
The event does not award any Championships points. Capacity is listed on each store's event page.
Delta Reign Gym Battle Prizes
Everyone who takes part gets one Present Pack of 3 single cards.
Placement prizes depend on turnout:
- 15 players or fewer: the winner gets one Delta Reign Booster Pack
- 16 players or more: the winner gets two Booster Packs, and 2nd place gets one
