Pokémon TCG's China-only cards: N's Plan, Hilda, Psyduck SAR

Three full art Pokémon cards have reportedly been announced as exclusive to China, including a new N card called N's Plan and an SAR version of Misty's Psyduck.

What the three cards are

N's Plan and Hilda both appear in the Chinese version of Black Bolt and White Flare. The Hilda card shows her with a fierce look, while N's Plan places N in front of blue city lights.

The Psyduck card is the headline of Gem Pack 7. It is an SAR Misty's Psyduck showing Psyduck on a deckchair with a beachball, as its trainer walks up the beach to greet it.

Dates and products

The Chinese version of Black Bolt and White Flare is reported to launch November 6 this year. Gem Pack 7 releases alongside it. Gem Packs are China's miniature booster packs, with four cards each and many different stamps and foil treatments.

Why it matters

The English version of N's Plan in Black Bolt generally sells for about $50–60 (the $50 figure is roughly €44.54 at the ECB reference rate of 2026-10-19). China-only cards have historically stayed region-locked, and an English printing is considered unlikely soon.

The secondary market shows what that can mean: the China-exclusive Gengar Pikachu card is priced around $2,000. A 30th anniversary Charizard figurine was also a China-exclusive item, released a couple of months before this announcement.

Pokémon Delta Reign is also reported for November 6, 2026.

What is still unknown

Whether these cards will be printed outside China is not announced yet.
