Union Arena ONE Battle Rule Format & Tiebreakers
The event runs Swiss rounds, up to 6 of them, in a triple-elimination format. Each match is a single game with a 25-minute limit, and if time expires with no result, both players lose.
Standings work like this:
- A win earns 3 points, a loss 0.
- Tiebreakers in order: opponents' match-win percentage (OMW%), the average OMW% of the opponents' opponents, then a random method chosen by the organizer.
- OMW% is floored at 0.33.
Decks cannot be changed on the day.
ONE BATTLE CUP Prizes by Turnout
- Winner: one ONE BATTLE CUP WINNER ver. card
- Best 8: one ONE BATTLE CUP BEST8 commemorative item
- Participation and survey response: one Union Arena ticket with serial code (Booster 6) each
Swiss draws run in units of 64 players, varying with turnout, and prizes scale with it. At a 128-player scale, places 1–2 get winner prizes and places 3–16 get Best 8 prizes.
TCGKing's take: the prize structure means a bigger crowd widens the prize pool, so the WINNER ver. card is not limited to a single champion at larger turnouts.
Entry Rules for the Fukuoka Tournament
Applications must come from the participant's own BANDAI TCG+ account. Proxy and multiple-account applications are prohibited, and duplicates are invalidated. Applicants under 18 need parental consent. Copied or non-genuine cards are banned, and the venue and date cannot be changed.
