The offer is described as 'special promo cards, all 4 types / full complete set', at 34 cards per set. Each set holds 10 copies of each of three DON!! card designs and 4 Monkey D. Luffy character cards.

The DON!! cards are designed with shoe models based on the Gomu Gomu no Mi, Mera Mera no Mi, and Ope Ope no Mi. The Luffy character card shows him wearing Nike shoes.

Applications were limited to one per person, for one set only.
